5G technology, due to its characteristics, requires the installation of a large amount of equipment to guarantee capacity, coverage and availability. Network deployment will require agility throughout the process from site search, survey, adaptation, installation, start-up, acceptance and finally its commercial launch.

Suppliers, crews, coordinators and engineers, a small universe of people who need to exchange information in different ways. Predefined and repetitive work processes

Carrying out an installation involves a series of pre and post tasks that are usually the same or with little variations. A quick visualization of the states or phases of each process is very important as well as the possibility of making adjustments on the ongoing projects if necessary; Sytex provides that flexibility for continuous improvement.

These processes are directed from a workflow based on a template which can be replicated in each work to be executed, by doing so simplifying and ordering the work for resources or work teams. Each person in charge will automatically be notified of the activities to be carried out and also confirm the completion of it throughout the process, always within the same environment.

Documentation of field work

Any action that is executed in the work and requires a deliverable document, be it surveys, adjustments, installations and even the acceptance of an installation can be registered in a Sytex form. The content and format of the report will be defined by a template, like any template in the system, it can then be replicated in as many documents as types of work and facilities are necessary.

For each site it's possible to assign a created form to own or third party crew coordinators. The content of the forms when completed will be synchronized in the server so that the responsible person can verify and approve it.

BackOffice

Those responsible for a work team can monitor everything that happens in the field through dashboards, maps and reports. Advances of forms by the different states, completed responses, location of users and vehicles, all this information is captured and ordered by the system.

Materials

It is possible to make the deployment of projects more precise through the management of the catalog materials, virtual warehouses and their movements, all associated with a macro process defined by the user. Assignment of materials and tools by technicians or vehicles. The APP allows users in the field to download material associated with their assigned tasks and track their location from the office.

Resource managment

Crews of technicians, supervisors, contractors; many people with a considerable volume of tasks where control and work assignments to ensure quality in the processes is necessary. Each resource has its user with different profiles allowing to carry out, assign and control everything that happens in the field from the APP or the Sytex desktop.

Administrative monitoring

We have a complete administration module where the follow-up of the client's SO, supplier PO, receptions and billing, accompanied by the expenses of the personnel are available all the time to analyze the economic performance of a project or work. In Sytex we understand this problem, so we create tools that allow us to work on all accounting issues as part of the process of massive installations and in quantity. In addition, all users can submit their expenses from the APP for review and allocation to the project.
